Is the customer portal mobile-friendly?

Yes. The portal works on phones, tablets, and desktops without a separate app. Most customers end up checking their invoices and usage on a phone, so the mobile experience is a first-class part of the design, not an afterthought.

Can customers download their own invoices and statements?

Yes. Invoices and statements are available as PDFs from the portal. Customers can download the current bill, previous bills, and a full statement of their account going back as far as their records exist.

Can customers see their call usage and CDR detail?

Yes. Call usage is visible at summary and line-item level, fed directly from the CDR processing engine. Customers can filter by date, number, or destination, which cuts down on usage queries landing on your support desk.

Does the portal carry my brand, not yours?

Yes. The portal is fully white-labelled with your logo, colours, and (on Premium and Enterprise) your own domain. Your customers never see the Safe Online Billing name.

How do customers log in and reset their password?
