Safe Online Billing is a family-run telecoms billing company based in the East Midlands. We have been helping UK telecoms resellers manage their billing since 2005. What started as a solution to our own frustrations with telecoms billing has grown into a platform trusted by resellers across the country.
Our Story
We are Paul and Susan Barrass. We founded Safe Online Billing in 2005 because we saw how much time telecoms resellers wasted on manual billing. Between us we had a decade of experience in telecoms software and knew there had to be a better way.
So we built one. A billing platform made specifically for UK telecoms resellers, by people who understand the industry inside out.
Over twenty years later, we are still a family business. That means when you call us, you speak to Paul or Susan. Not a call centre. Not a ticket system. Real people who know your account and care about getting things right.
