How does weekly CDR processing differ from monthly?
With weekly processing, we collect and rate your call records every week instead of once a month. This means you can bill your customers sooner and spot any issues faster.
What does full white-label include?
Full white-label means your brand colours, fonts, and logo appear on invoices, email communications, and the customer portal. Your customers see your company throughout. There is no mention of Safe Online Billing.
How does GoCardless direct debit work?
We set up GoCardless integration as part of your Standard Package at no extra cost. Your customers sign a direct debit mandate, and payments are collected automatically each billing cycle. You can track payment status in the platform.
What API access is included?
Read-only API access lets you pull customer data, invoices, and billing information from our platform. This is useful for connecting to your CRM or accounting software. Full read and write API access with webhooks is available on the Premium Package.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. The Standard Package is month-to-month, just like Startup. No long-term commitment required.
Can I connect multiple carriers?
Yes. The Standard Package supports up to five CDR sources. If you need more, the Premium Package supports unlimited carriers.
