It depends on what you need. We look at user counts, customer capacity, processing frequency, support level, and any custom development work. We always provide a clear, written proposal before anything starts.
Is there a minimum spend?
Custom packages typically start above our Enterprise tier (£1,500/month), but there is no fixed minimum. If you need a specific combination that falls between our standard packages, we can put something together.
How long does implementation take?
It varies. A straightforward custom configuration might take 2 to 4 weeks. More complex projects with custom development and integrations can take 6 to 12 weeks. We will give you a clear timeline in our proposal.
Can I migrate from another billing platform?
Yes. We have migrated customers from a wide range of platforms. We handle the data migration, configuration, and testing. You keep billing your customers throughout the transition.
Do I own any custom development?
Custom integrations and configurations built specifically for your account remain available to you throughout your contract. We retain the underlying intellectual property, but your data and configurations are always yours.
Can I start with a standard package and move to custom later?
Absolutely. Many of our custom package customers started on a standard tier and graduated as their needs grew. We build on top of what already exists.
