Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee for the Startup Package. You pay from £20/month from the start.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move to the Standard, Premium, or Enterprise package at any time. You can also move to a larger size within the Startup Package. We will migrate your data and settings automatically.
What about payment collection?
Automated payment collection (such as GoCardless direct debit) is available from the Standard Package upwards. On the Startup Package, you send invoices and your customers pay you directly.
What happens if I outgrow my size?
We will let you know before it becomes an issue. Moving to a larger size is simple: your price goes up, your limits increase, and nothing else changes.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. The Startup Package is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.
Can I have more than one carrier?
The Startup Package supports one carrier. If you need multiple carriers, the Standard Package supports up to five.
