Common questions about pricing

Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees on any of our packages. You pay the monthly price and that is it. We will help you get set up and import your data at no extra cost.

Can I change my package later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time. If you upgrade, the new pricing takes effect from the next billing cycle. If you downgrade, we will work with you to make sure the transition is smooth.

What happens if I go over my call limit?

We will let you know before you hit your limit. If you regularly process more calls than your package allows, we will suggest moving to the next tier. We will never cut off your billing mid-cycle.

Do you offer a free trial?

We do not offer a self-service free trial, but we are happy to give you a full demo of the platform and walk you through how it would work for your business. Book a demo and see it for yourself.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Direct Debit, bank transfer, and card payments. Most customers pay by Direct Debit as it is the simplest option. We will send you an invoice each month with full details.

What does "available, charged separately" mean?

Some features (like custom reports, Xero integration, and custom development) are available but are not part of your monthly subscription. We quote for these on request. There is no obligation, and you only pay for what you actually need.

What is remote hands?

Remote hands is our team carrying out technical tasks on your behalf: importing data, setting up tariffs, configuring the platform, and so on. Every package includes access to this service at a discounted hourly rate. Standard and above can also arrange a monthly retainer. See our Remote Hands page for details.
