Common questions
Why is there a 12-month minimum term?
Enterprise accounts involve significant setup, custom configuration, and dedicated support. The 12-month term reflects that investment. After the initial term, it continues with a rolling 3-month notice period.
What does real-time CDR processing mean?
Call records are processed as soon as they arrive from your carriers. There is no overnight batch. Your billing data is always up to date and your customers can see their latest usage immediately.
What is the revenue cap?
The Enterprise Package supports revenue up to £50M/year. This is a regulatory limit (TMBS). If your operation is larger than this, get in touch and we will discuss your needs.
Can I have more than 10 child accounts?
10 child accounts are included in the Enterprise Package. Additional accounts are available. Contact us to discuss. See our Child Accounts page for details.
What custom development is available?
Custom development (bespoke integrations, custom features, and workflow modifications) is available as an add-on. We quote per project. This is the only feature that remains an add-on at Enterprise level.
