Common questions
Why is there a 6-month minimum term?
The Premium Package involves more setup and configuration. A 6-month term lets us invest properly in getting everything right for you. After the initial term, it continues month-to-month.
What does "unlimited customers" mean?
There is no hard cap on the number of customer accounts you can create. Whether you have 100 or 1,000 customers, the price stays the same for your chosen size.
How does daily CDR processing work?
We collect call records from your carriers every day and process them overnight. By morning, the previous day's records are rated and ready for billing.
What are the add-on features?
Custom reports, Xero integration, child accounts, and custom development are available but are not part of your monthly subscription. We quote for these on request. There is no obligation.
Can I use child accounts?
Yes. Child accounts are available as an add-on on the Premium Package. Each sub-reseller gets their own branded portal. On the Enterprise Package, 10 child accounts are included. See our Child Accounts page for details.
What API features are included?
Full read and write API access with webhooks. You can create customers, pull invoices, manage tariffs, and receive real-time event notifications. See our API documentation for the full reference.
