What are your working hours?

Our Remote Hands team is available during UK business hours: 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. For urgent issues outside these hours, Enterprise customers have access to priority support.

How quickly do you respond to requests?

We acknowledge requests within 2 hours during business hours. Simple tasks are often completed the same day. Larger requests get a time estimate so you know what to expect.

How is my rate determined?

Your remote hands rate depends on your billing package. The more you grow with us, the better your rate. Startup customers pay £80/hr, while Enterprise customers pay £50/hr.

What is the retainer option?

From the Standard Package upwards, you can arrange a monthly retainer for regular remote hands work. This gives you a fixed number of hours each month at a discounted rate. Contact us to discuss a retainer arrangement that suits your needs.

Do unused retainer hours roll over?

Monthly retainer hours are valid for that calendar month and do not roll over. If you regularly use fewer hours than your retainer includes, we can help you choose a better fit.

What if a task takes longer than estimated?

If we underestimate a task, we'll discuss it with you before continuing. You won't get a surprise bill. We're transparent about time and costs.
